Wood impregnated by Autoclave:

The wood of conifers, pine and araucaria, outdoors exposed to the formation of fungus and insect attack that quickly deteriorate over a period of 3 to 5 years is degraded. The extreme weather, hot / cold - rain / sun, contract and expand to the wood until it finally bends, cracks and splinters. The impregnation of wood by autoclave is the only method that protects and can be in contact with soil, water or weather unaltered and has a security, which in most cases, is 30 years.

The dose and the type of preservative is applied according to the use of the impregnated wood and retention effect measured in kg/m3. Impregnated by Autoclave timber support all types of paints, latex, varnishes, lacquers, inks, enamels, etc., Applied by brush, roller or spray.

The name derives from CCA chemical components:

-         Copper - fungicide, prevents fungi and bacteria attack.

-         Chrome - fix, definitely retains the preservative into the wood.

-         Arsenic - insecticide protects the wood against insects.

-

It is especially recommended for locations where exposed to weather or in contact with the ground, subject to decay and insect attack: roofing, flooring, sidings, decks, floors, galleries, springs, etc.. The CCA-treated wood has a soft greenish permanent, due to the presence of copper fixed during the impregnation process.

Autoclave timber impregnated with CCA meet national and international standards:

-         AWPA - American Wood Preservers Association, British Standard.

-         IRAM - Standards approved.

-         SENASA - enables its industrial, commercial and family.

Timber Impregnated for Autoclave with "Extra Tanalith"

Tanalith Extra is a new and special preservative that preserves the beauty of wood and double life. Is not a surface treatment is a wax "water repellent" is injected into the autoclave wood fibers. Is a solution that penetrates deep through the pores, so that the preservative and the water repellent become part of the molecular structure of the timber. Remember that wood is porous, sensitive and when exposed to the environment without adequate treatment accelerates deterioration. Now the weakness of this noble building material has been eliminated by impregnating the wood with a "water repellent".

Multilaminated Beams:

Logging companies have experienced in recent years a strong process of conversion to products with higher added value.

The industrialization of softwoods in the north of the country resulted in the production of beams multilaminated, product oriented primarily to construction.

Eldorado Forest offers a full line of products "glue" and is advised nationally by CTM (Centre of Wood Technology) in Monte Carlo, Province of Misiones and internationally by German and Italian companies that have a long and proven experience in the production of beams multilaminated and these gave the proper guidelines for the best manufacturing process achieving a product of recognized international quality.

Today multilaminated Beams are a reality and substitute for the traditional brace, responding to market demand for parts dry, straight, not "move" and Dimension partners.

A new challenge to creativity:

In construction, there is a before and an after starting the use of beams multilaminated. Revolutionized traditional systems is almost limitless. The plywood is beyond the standard offers many positive opportunities by altering long sections and even known forms. A challenge to the imagination, design and definitely an excellent material for construction.

Jointing - Finger Joint.

In the manufacture of laminated beams is essential splicing the wood elements comprising the parts. They are joined with finger joint known as "Finger Joint" glued to the right glue. Preferred adhesives are the derivatives of formaldehyde with urea, melamine, phenol and resorcinol. The combination of teeth and correct sizing generate such resistance to breakage under extreme pressure is produced by the wood and not the joint. This resistance is guaranteed during the lifetime of the piece.

Rated Lumber:

Classifying the quality of wood, pine or Loblolly Pine Elliottis is performed visually achieving a homogeneous final product very stable. The structural integrity of the assembly of the beams is achieved by applying the glue bonding process quality and environmentally friendly.

Standard DIN 4074:

The classification of wood from fast-growing conifers is the German standard DIN 4074 and consists of test pieces of dimensions of scale achieved in commercial sawmills, evaluated and tested mechanically to obtain the values ??of maximum resistance and mechanical strength.
